Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the details you type into our estimate form so we can reply and quote your project. We do not sell that information, we do not run advertising or tracking pixels on this site, and we only keep what we need to answer you and to run our business.

What we collect

When you send an estimate request, we receive the information you provide:

• Your name and phone number, which are required so we can contact you.
• Your email address, if you choose to share it.
• The service you select and any project details you write in the message box.
• The date and time the request was submitted.

Our web server also records ordinary technical information such as the requested page, the time of the request, and a shortened or full IP address. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing errors.

How we use it

• To contact you about your project and prepare an estimate.
• To schedule site visits and keep a record of work we have quoted or completed.
• To protect the site from spam and automated abuse.

We do not send marketing email to people who only asked for an estimate. If we ever do send an update, every message includes a way to opt out.

Where the data lives

Form submissions are stored on our hosting provider's server and emailed to our office inbox. The site runs on Hostinger and is delivered through Cloudflare, both of which process requests on our behalf. The only cookie this site sets is a security cookie from Cloudflare that helps tell real visitors from bots.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and an icon script from unpkg. Those requests go directly from your browser to those services, so they can see your IP address and browser details. We do not send them any of the information you type into our forms.

The admin area

Our staff use a password protected admin area at /admin/ to publish articles and read inquiries. Signing in sets a session cookie that keeps you logged in for seven days. That cookie is not used on the public pages of this site.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept while we are quoting or working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records. Ask us to delete your details and we will remove them unless we are required to keep a record for a project under way.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email gvelazquez@deepbluebuildersfl.com or call (305) 497-7777 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy
